Needom manages compliance and administration for InterOcean Capital. Prior to joining InterOcean Capital, Needom was employed by the U.S Department of Defense as a Contract Specialist. Earlier work incudes clerking for two Cincinnati law firms, the Social Security Administration and Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Needom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Xavier University and Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He is a licensed attorney and member of the Illinois Bar.
